I provide intellectually and ethically sound consulting services to libraries. My effectiveness is a reflection of the care with which I treat the client relationship. Confidentiality is a central value of my practice.
I believe leaders and people in organizations should drive the process of organizational change and development and that my work with them is to help them discover what they believe, what they wish to do, and how they wish to do those things.
I’m passionate about:
I’ve been a library and non-profit consultant, facilitator, leadership coach, and trainer since 1995 after having worked as a librarian for 18 years. Currently I work at the Association of College & Research Libraries, a division of the American Library Association.
Born and raised in Mexico City, Mexico I’m fluent in Spanish. I’ve lived in four countries, travelled extensively, and am at ease in diverse cultures and with people from diverse backgrounds.
